Umingle Banned My Account After Asking a Stranger’s Gender
I have been using Umingle on my iPhone via the Safari browser, and my account was suddenly banned right after I connected with a stranger and simply asked about their gender during our conversation. We were having a normal, friendly chat, and immediately after I asked who I was talking to, I received a message on the screen saying “You are banned,” followed by a pop‑up asking me to pay in order to be unbanned. I have never made any payments or purchases on Umingle before, and I do not believe I violated any rules or behaved inappropriately. I find it unfair that my account was banned only for asking the other person’s gender, and I am also uncomfortable with being asked to pay to remove the ban without any clear explanation. I kindly request that my Umingle ban be removed and that my access be restored, as I am convinced I did not do anything wrong. I would also appreciate a clear explanation of the reason for this ban so I can avoid any similar situation in the future.
