I am writing regarding my Umingle account registered with the email address litavit***@gmail.com, which was suddenly banned while I was helping another user understand a phrase in my language. During a chat, the other user asked me what the phrase “kainin ko pwet mo” means. I explained that it translates to “I’ll eat your ass” in English, and immediately after sending this message, my account was banned.

My intention was not to harass, insult, or behave inappropriately. I was simply translating and explaining the meaning of a phrase that the other user specifically asked about. I believe this ban is a misunderstanding, as the phrase was not used in a harmful context but purely for translation purposes.

I kindly request that you review the conversation and reconsider the decision made my account. Please lift the ban on my profile associated with litavito**@gmail.com so I can continue using the platform. If a violation is still considered to have occurred, I ask for a clear explanation of the specific rule I allegedly broke. I would appreciate having my account restored so I can continue using Umingle in accordance with your community guidelines.
