I Face Umingle Ban for Anime Title Mistaken as Explicit Message

Dear Umingle Team,

I am writing regarding a ban applied to my Umingle account on April 19, 2026, at approximately 8:05 p.m. Bali time. I received a message stating: “You are banned. Instant Unban: IDR 39,900. Ban ID: e63434c6. Reason: explicit messages.” I have also attached a screenshot for your reference.

This situation appears to be a misunderstanding. I was attempting to type the name of an anime movie. The Japanese title for I Want to Eat Your Pancreas is 君の膵臓をたべたい, romanized as Kimi no Suizō o Tabetai. It is a well-known novel, manga, and 2018 anime film written by Yoru Sumino, often shortened to KimiSu. The phrase I entered was simply the official title of this movie. I did not intend to send any explicit or inappropriate message, nor did I have any meaning beyond referencing the anime title itself.

Because of this, I believe the system may have automatically flagged the message as explicit content and mistakenly banned my account. I respectfully request that you review the full context of my message and account activity, remove the ban, and clear any related warnings or records from my profile. I would greatly appreciate it if my access could be restored without requiring the instant unban fee, as this was an unintentional situation caused solely by the movie title.

I look forward to your response and to having my account reinstated after your review.

Best regards,
Theny
