Banned From Umingle And Left Without Support Or Answers

I am a user of Umingle on my computer via the Chrome browser, and my account with the username “johncarlom***ay16” and user ID “02461***” has been banned without any clear reason shown to me. I do not remember the exact date when this ban occurred, but I was suddenly unable to access my account and did not receive a clear explanation about the ban. I believe this ban is a mistake because I am not aware of any violation I may have committed and I was banned for nothing as far as I know. I have not previously contacted Umingle support about this situation. I kindly request that my account be reviewed and that the ban be removed, or that I be clearly informed about the specific reason for this ban if Umingle believes there is a justified cause.
