Appeal For Umingle Ban

I have been using Umingle with my account registered to the email address catarata.jo***@gmail.com. About 5 days ago, my account was banned on my Android device, and today it has also been banned on my iOS device. I did not share any nudity or violate the rules to my knowledge, and I believe this ban is a mistake. The situation is very upsetting because I can no longer access my account or use the application as I normally do, despite not doing anything wrong. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail, the reason for the ban be clearly explained to me, and, if this is indeed an error, that my account be unbanned and fully restored on both my Android and iOS devices.
