Umingle Account Banned After Reporting Nudity

I have been using Umingle with the account registered to the email address “chloegai***@gmail.com”. Three days ago my account was suddenly banned, and the ban is still active. I believe this happened because I reported too many nudity‑related profiles, but I have not violated any rules myself. On the platform I was only trying to have fun and make friends, while also reporting inappropriate or nude content that I came across. Instead of being supported for reporting this content, my account appears to have been punished, which I find very unfair because I have not done anything wrong. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail and that this mistaken ban be lifted so that I can regain access to my Umingle account. I would also like to be informed of the specific reason for the ban, if there is any other issue, so that I can avoid any misunderstanding in the future.
