Appeal For Umingle Application

I am writing regarding my Umingle account, which was suddenly blocked on 30 October 2026 at around 2:00 pm due to an alleged age limit violation. In your terms it is clearly stated that the legal age for using the application is 18, and I am already 26 years old, so I fully meet the age requirement. When I tried to access my account, I saw a “You are banned” message together with an option for an “Instant Unban” that required payment. I find it unfair and unreasonable to be banned for an age issue when I am well above the legal age, and I do not think I should have to make any payment to regain access to my own account in a situation like this. I kindly request that my Umingle account be unblocked as soon as possible, without any payment or additional conditions, since I am of legal age according to your own rules. I also expect a clear explanation of why this age-based ban was applied to my account despite my being 26.
