Umingle Wrongly Flagged Me As Underage And Blocked Access
On 26/07/2026 my access to the Umingle website was suddenly blocked with the claim that I am under 18, even though I never provided an underage date of birth and I am actually 20 years old. After this, Umingle showed me a message offering to remove the ban only if I pay approximately 3 dollars through their website. I find it unacceptable that my account or web access is restricted based on an incorrect age assumption and that a payment is requested to lift this restriction. I have not violated the rules to my knowledge and I have not given any false age information. I request that my access to Umingle be immediately restored without any payment requirement and that any age-related flag or restriction on my profile be removed. I also request a clear written explanation of why this ban and payment request were applied to my account.
