Apology For Breaking Umingle Rules, Please Unban

I am writing regarding a permanent ban applied to my Umingle account while I was using the website on my computer on 07/07/2026 at around 3:00 a.m. I understand now that uploading any category of images is not allowed on the platform. At the time, I genuinely did not know this was against the rules, and my image was not inappropriate in nature. There is no clear or direct way to contact support that I could find, so I am using this channel to reach out. I want to sincerely apologize for breaking the rules, even if unintentionally. I fully accept responsibility and assure you that this will not happen again. I kindly request that you review my case and consider lifting the ban on my account so that I can continue using Umingle in full compliance with the rules from now on. I hope you will give me a second chance.
