Another User Misled Me Into an Umingle Ban

I am writing to report an unfair ban on my Umingle account and to request that my access be restored. Today, while using Umingle, I met another user who told me that there was a feature called “egek” on Umingle and gave me a so‑called tutorial. They instructed me to type the code “m15”. As soon as I followed these instructions, my Umingle account was banned. I did not intend to break any rules or misuse the platform. I only typed “m15” because I was told it was part of a feature on Umingle, and I was not warned that this could cause a ban. I believe I have been misled by another user, and the ban was applied without me understanding that I was doing anything wrong. My Umingle account is registered with the email address: nikenameli***@icloud.com. I kindly ask you to review this incident, check the chat history with the user who gave me the “m15” code, and remove the ban from my account so I can use Umingle again. I hope you will reconsider this situation and help me by unbanning my account as soon as possible.
