I am using Umingle’s video chat service on my Redmi A5 through the Chrome browser, and today my account was suddenly banned and I was shown a screen asking me to make a payment. The reason displayed for the ban is that the system considers me a minor, even though I am already 18 years old and meet the age requirement to use the service. I have never made any payments, purchases, coins, subscriptions, or similar transactions on Umingle before this incident, so I do not understand on what basis my account was blocked or why a payment is being requested for reactivation. There is no accessible customer support channel that I can reach for an explanation or to file an objection, which makes this situation even more frustrating. I request that my Umingle account be urgently unbanned, that my age information be corrected in the system, and that this unjust payment demand be completely removed. I also expect to be provided with clear information about the specific reason and criteria for this ban. I kindly ask for my account to be reactivated without any payment requirement and for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
