Umingle Incorrect Age Detection Caused Unexpected Account Ban

I am using Umingle’s video chat service on my iPhone 14 through the Chrome browser, and a short while ago my account was suddenly banned and I was shown a screen asking me to make a payment. The reason shown for the ban is that the system considers me a minor, even though I am already 18 years old and meet the age requirement to use the service. I have never made any payments, purchases, coins, subscriptions, or similar transactions on Umingle before this incident, and I do not understand on what basis my account was blocked. There is no accessible customer support channel that I can reach for an explanation or objection, which makes the situation even more frustrating. I request that my Umingle account be urgently unbanned, that my age information be corrected in the system, and that this unjust payment demand be completely removed, along with clear information about why this ban was imposed in the first place. I expect my account to be reactivated without any payment requirement and for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
