Umingle Ban Triggered by Mistaken Underage Detection

I am writing regarding a ban placed on my Umingle website video chat account. Yesterday, my account was suddenly banned with the reason shown as “underage” even though I am 18 years old. At the time of the ban, my younger brother was sitting next to me and appeared on the camera, and I believe this is why the system assumed I was underage. However, I am legally an adult and meet Umingle’s age requirement. I have not contacted support yet, because I would first like to clearly explain that the ban is based on a misunderstanding. I kindly request that my account be reviewed and unbanned, and that my access to the Umingle website video chat be restored, as I have not violated the age rule myself. If needed, I am willing to verify my age so that this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.
