Umingle False Age Ban

I was falsely banned from Umingle on Monday, April 6, at around 2 p.m. while using the service through the Safari web browser. The system flagged me as underage even though I am 19 years old, and I received a ban with the ID f903093a. Being automatically banned by AI moderation despite being of legal age is extremely frustrating, especially when I am willing and able to verify my age. There is no clear way to contact support or submit an appeal, which makes this situation even more difficult to resolve. I do not understand why I cannot simply use an official ID verification process or my ban ID to prove my age and correct this mistake. I kindly request that my ban be reviewed by a human and lifted as soon as possible, or that I be provided with a way to complete an official ID verification so that I can regain access to my account and continue using Umingle without further issues.
