Ultrabet Zeroed Out My Balance and Locked My Account Again After Heavy Deposit


This is the second time I’ve had a serious issue with Ultrabet. Just yesterday, I made a large deposit and was actively playing. Suddenly, my balance dropped to zero and my account was locked without any explanation. When I contacted support, they flat-out told me, “It’s not our problem.” How can that even be a valid response from a company handling people’s money? I invested my last ₺ into that account, grew it, and now I’m locked out—and somehow games were played on my locked account? How is that even possible? I’m beyond frustrated. If Ultrabet doesn’t resolve this immediately, I will report this situation to every influencer and platform I know.
