Ultrabet Deleted My Balance and Refunded Only the Winning Bet While Keeping the Loss
Ultrabet has proven to be one of the most dishonest platforms I’ve ever encountered. First, they claimed my entire balance was wiped out because someone supposedly accessed my account and played slot games. But even if someone else did log in, they couldn’t have withdrawn the money—so why would anyone break into an account just to waste ₺ on slots they can’t cash out from? It makes no sense.
Then things got even more ridiculous. I placed two bets at the exact same time—one won, and one lost. Shockingly, the winning bet was refunded, but the losing one was counted as a loss! When I asked why the winning bet was refunded, they said it was due to incorrect odds being posted at that time, and that all bets—win or lose—were being refunded. But when I questioned why the losing bet wasn’t also refunded, they threw out a bunch of nonsense about their “system infrastructure” being unable to reverse it. What kind of logic is that?
