UGG Sandals Sole Melting After Three Months
Some time ago I bought a pair of Ugg brand sandals from Boyner Forum Aydın for approximately ₺9,000. Although it has only been about four months since the purchase and I have not used the sandals very frequently, the sole of the product started to melt and wear out noticeably in the third month. Because I believe this situation is not compatible with the quality I expect from the brand and the price I paid, I sent the product to Boyner for inspection. After the first examination my request was rejected, but they offered a second examination. I handed the product over again today for this second inspection. Considering the short usage period, the light level of use and the serious wear on the sole, I think this is a manufacturing defect. I request that my grievance be resolved by either refunding the product or replacing it with a new one.
