Merrell Shoes Started Falling Apart Within Months of Normal Use

Approximately ten months ago, I purchased a pair of Merrell shoes from the Boyner store located in Ankara Cepa Shopping Mall. I used the shoes only for normal daily city use, at most two or three days a week, and always under standard conditions. Despite this limited and careful use, the shoes quickly began developing tears, separation issues, and general deterioration.
I took the product back to the Boyner store for inspection, but I was informed that the issue was considered “user error.” I do not accept this conclusion because I wore the shoes extremely carefully and never used them outside their intended purpose. In addition, seeing this level of deformation within such a short period of time seriously disappointed me regarding the product’s quality.
I request that both the Merrell brand and Boyner reconsider the “user error” decision regarding this product with invoice number BK02025000961148 and provide a replacement for my shoes. A pair of shoes that deteriorates this quickly during normal city use should be properly supported by the manufacturer and retailer, and I ask for my issue to be resolved fairly.
