One Ugg Goldenglow Sandal Tears as Retailer Rejects Warranty Coverage

A severe tear recently developed in one of my Ugg Goldenglow sandals, which I purchased from Fash Fed about two years ago. As soon as I noticed this tear about two weeks ago, I sent the product to the company for inspection, attaching relevant photos to demonstrate the issue.
The product was returned to me with a simple claim of "maintenance error," stating that the issue was caused by user misuse. If it were truly a maintenance error, the other shoe, which was worn under the exact same conditions, would have torn in a similar way. The fact that this issue occurred in only one shoe suggests a potential manufacturing or material defect.
I demand that Ugg or Fash Fed conduct a thorough re-inspection of the product and provide a proper resolution—such as an exchange or refund—if a manufacturing defect is indeed present.
