UGG Didn’t Deliver My Classic Mini Boots or Issue a Refund After Two Months

4Over two months ago, I ordered a pair of UGG Classic Mini Boots as a birthday present for my sister, but they never showed. I tried several times to get UGG's customer care, but I got no significant updates, just automated answers that the problem was "investigated." After weeks of waiting, I asked for a refund, but even that procedure has been agonisingly lengthy without any obvious schedule. That a respectable brand like UGG neglects to provide both its goods and appropriate customer service is quite annoying. I expected faster resolution and greater communication. By now I have lost confidence in buying with UGG once more and am without the present or my money.
