I purchased my UGG product from a store called A101 in Turkey with the hope that it would keep my feet warm, be waterproof, and maintain its color. During a snowy day on my trip to Bosnia, I wore the boots, but the outcome was far from what I expected. Not only did my feet get completely wet, but the boots also changed color. I feel deeply let down by a brand I trusted and paid a significant amount for, only to have such a disappointing experience. Unfortunately, customer service in Turkey is generally not very supportive, which adds to my frustration. I sincerely hope the U.S. team sees this message, replaces my product, and ensures I am not left with such dissatisfaction.
