Clarks Shoes Refund Request Unresolved
On August 22, I purchased a pair of Clarks shoes, but the delivery was delayed, and I quickly suspected something was wrong. After looking further into it, I discovered that the site I ordered from was actually a fake. Since then, I’ve tried reaching out through emails, but they go unanswered. There’s no way to track the order, and customer service doesn’t respond at all.
I’m extremely frustrated, having paid for shoes that never arrived, and with no support available. I’m urgently requesting a full refund, as it’s clear this was a scam. Clarks should address this issue, as these fraudulent sites harm customer trust in the brand.
