Clarks Sandals Order Unshipped for 19 Days – No Response After Payment Confirmation
I ordered a pair of sandals from Clarks' website, paid in full, and received confirmation of my payment. However, 19 days later, the order still hasn’t been shipped. I’ve sent eight messages to customer support, hoping to get answers, but I’ve received no response. It’s incredibly frustrating not to have any communication or updates, especially after paying in advance. I expected Clarks to be reliable and prompt, but this experience has been disappointing. I’m urgently asking Clarks to fulfill my order or at least provide a clear explanation. This lack of service and communication is unacceptable. Please respond and resolve this issue immediately.
The site is now continuing in exactly the same way under the name www.clarksturkiye.org. It is exactly the same site where I bought shoes in August 2024 that were never delivered, and now it continues under this name. There are also similar complaints. But the company is able to continue operating.
