UGG Slippers Won't Stay On – Manufacturing Flaw Makes Them Unwearable

I purchased UGG slippers from Italy, and I’ve discovered they have a serious design flaw. No matter how I try to wear them—with socks, without socks, or regardless of foot size—they simply won’t stay on. Multiple people of different foot sizes have tried them, but the slippers keep slipping off, making it impossible to walk comfortably.

I’m now beginning to understand why I don’t see many people wearing these. Since UGG doesn’t have a dedicated store in Turkey, I have no idea how to resolve this issue. I’m reaching out for assistance, as I believe this is a manufacturing defect, and I expect UGG to provide a solution or refund for a product that’s essentially unwearable.
