UGG Boots Labeled Waterproof Soaked My Feet Within a Week of Use

The product I bought from UGG started leaking water within a week, despite being labeled as waterproof. If a ₺10,000 pair of boots can't keep water out, how expensive does a pair need to be for that? I returned the product, but the refund was denied. They claimed the boots were water-resistant, not waterproof. So, does my feet getting soaked while washing a car qualify as water-resistant? You might as well buy a cheaper pair since these boots will leave you wet in the rain and snow anyway. If I had checked complaint sites beforehand, I would never have purchased UGG. There are countless complaints about water leakage. I don't feel the money I spent was justified.
