I've had a terrible experience with Üçay Mühendislik's customer service. They don't respond to phone or email inquiries and neglect to address any issues. Their only focus seems to be on selling cheap materials and providing low-quality gas installations. They lack any concept of customer service, and it's impossible to reach anyone in authority. You're left leaving messages at the call center, hoping for a response that may never come. They operate like a one-way radio transmitter, ignoring customer feedback entirely.

The same lack of accountability applies to their dealers. Once they've installed the equipment without proper inspection, they wash their hands of any responsibility. Even their headquarters operate in the same manner, failing to engage with customers during installation, delivery, or gas activation. They neglect a fundamental responsibility of any engineering firm: oversight and quality assurance. Due to their incompetence, our pergola suffered damage from a faulty boiler chimney installation, and they refused to cover the costs.

The workmanship presented by Üçay Engineering, which seems to be working with temporary workers rather than establishing a permanent team, is extremely poor. Due to the problems caused or potentially caused by this unqualified workforce, they neither provide information nor engage with the customers.

The dealer is a complete fiasco. It is impossible to reach them after the job delivery. Their so-called headquarters, which allegedly operates as customer service, is no different from their dealers. They operate unilaterally like a TV/radio transmitter. They are far from understanding what is being said and finding solutions. On top of that, they act all-knowing and give me advice on how to establish "healthy communication," as if they are progressing on this path themselves. If you look at their Instagram posts, you will see that there are no comments on any of their posts because they delete the comments immediately. Since they can't delete the messages here, they just respond randomly. That's why they give the same template response to a few people within an hour and leave it at that.

The company operates so poorly and without a system that they neither provide invoices nor contracts.

They are so confident in their work that they can't see beyond their noses. Because they are stuck with these temporary workers, they do everything to protect them against the mistakes and damages caused, leaving no room for customer satisfaction. I guess they can't find people to work or hire.

They do not engage with the customer during installation, delivery, or natural gas activation. They are doing something that no engineering firm should do: They do not inspect the work they have done or have it checked by an engineer.

Because of their incompetence, our pergola was damaged due to the faulty installation of the boiler flue, and they do not cover the damage.

As you will see on the company's Instagram account, the company is just pretending to care. On this platform, they give the same response to everyone within an hour, but as far as I can see, not much is being resolved. When you look at their Instagram posts, you will see that there are no comments on any of their posts. This is because they delete the comments immediately. Since they cannot delete the messages here, they just respond for the sake of it. It is, of course, my mistake to expect them to respond within 24 hours for an issue they haven't addressed or resolved since January 10th, but I will not let them get away with this.

Since they do not work with their own teams, they try to get the job done with the so-called "experts" they can find in the places where they pretend to operate. Because no one wants such a working model, everyone is doing a sloppy job. Üçay is also trying to avoid taking responsibility for the damage caused by these issues in every possible way.

After very long discussions with Mr. Emrah from the Bornova branch, a portion of the damage was compensated by mutual agreement. I don't think the process would have taken this long if a responsible person had been reachable. Throughout the process, Mr. Emrah was the only person I communicated with who listened to understand you.
