The workmanship presented by Üçay Engineering, which seems to be working with temporary workers rather than establishing a permanent team, is extremely poor. Due to the problems caused or potentially caused by this unqualified workforce, they neither provide information nor engage with the customers.
The dealer is a complete fiasco. It is impossible to reach them after the job delivery. Their so-called headquarters, which allegedly operates as customer service, is no different from their dealers. They operate unilaterally like a TV/radio transmitter. They are far from understanding what is being said and finding solutions. On top of that, they act all-knowing and give me advice on how to establish "healthy communication," as if they are progressing on this path themselves. If you look at their Instagram posts, you will see that there are no comments on any of their posts because they delete the comments immediately. Since they can't delete the messages here, they just respond randomly. That's why they give the same template response to a few people within an hour and leave it at that.
The company operates so poorly and without a system that they neither provide invoices nor contracts.
They are so confident in their work that they can't see beyond their noses. Because they are stuck with these temporary workers, they do everything to protect them against the mistakes and damages caused, leaving no room for customer satisfaction. I guess they can't find people to work or hire.
They do not engage with the customer during installation, delivery, or natural gas activation. They are doing something that no engineering firm should do: They do not inspect the work they have done or have it checked by an engineer.
Because of their incompetence, our pergola was damaged due to the faulty installation of the boiler flue, and they do not cover the damage.
