Üçay Mühendislik Refused to Install My Stove Despite Full Payment and Agreement

I entered into a natural gas agreement with Üçay Mühendislik for my home, which featured the inclusion of a safe kitchen stove as part of the deal. Even after making the full payment and with no issues on their end, they still declined to install the cooker and allow Torosgaz to turn on the gas during these chilly winter days. They are adamant that the cooker is mine and are pressuring me to purchase a new one at my own expense. This behavior is simply not acceptable. I strongly recommend that Torosgaz take immediate action to revoke this company's license. If this matter isn't addressed, I will have no choice but to take legal action, which will probably end up costing them much more than the cooker itself. I look forward to a quick and just resolution to this issue.

Don't create a perception here. If you still have someone to turn on the gas, you give the order, and they come and turn it on. But you're thinking, "We've already got our money, put the staff on unpaid indefinite leave, and the customers will somehow take care of themselves." Send someone, send someone!

The excuse of "the cargo did not arrive" is the cunning of the faulty party to overlook their fault by inventing an imaginary fault. Fastidiousness cannot be hidden with advertisements or anything like that.

I have never heard the word "sorry" from the company that represents the corner-cutting mentality, so I will not thank them either. My final word to consumers who are not familiar with them: Üçay is an unprincipled, grab-and-go company that I would not recommend even to my enemy. 12/8/2024.

They brought and installed the cheapest second-hand stove on the market, which appears to have been repaired and doesn't work properly. Like Banker Kastelli, you might scam the market for a few more months by advertising everywhere.
