Unable to Access My Ubisoft Account – Password Reset Email Not Received

I am unable to log into my Ubisoft account because I have forgotten both my username and password. I have repeatedly requested a password reset email, but Ubisoft has not sent any email or provided any response. This is extremely frustrating because I have spent a significant amount of money on my account, and now I cannot access my purchased games.

I need immediate assistance to regain access to my account. Please send the password reset email to my registered email address: y*********@gmail.com** as soon as possible. I expect a prompt resolution to this issue, as being locked out of my account with no support is completely unacceptable.
