Ubisoft Not Sending Password Reset Email and I Can’t Access My Account
I forgot my Ubisoft account password and requested a password reset email. It's been 2-3 days now, and I still haven't received anything. I contacted their support team several times and submitted multiple support tickets to address this issue. I only received a response on October 21, informing me of a login attempt from a different country, which raised my concerns about the security of my account. I've tried resetting my password, but I'm not getting anywhere. It's quite disappointing that I haven't heard back yet, and I'm really looking forward to a quicker resolution. I really need Ubisoft's help to recover my account access as soon as possible.
