Unable to Access Ubisoft Account – No Response from Support for 1.5 Months

I’m having trouble accessing my Ubisoft account, which I used to log into with the email h***********@gmail.com. Now, I can’t log in at all. I contacted support 1.5 months ago, but I’m still waiting for a response. They claim they’ve sent emails, but I haven’t received anything. This delay is incredibly frustrating, and I urgently need help to regain access to my account. Ubisoft, please resolve this issue immediately and provide proper support, as this situation has gone on far too long!
