I Can’t Access My Ubisoft Connect Account and Get No Support or Password Recovery

I either forgot the password to my Ubisoft Connect account or it has been compromised. Regardless of the cause, I’ve been completely locked out of my account for days. I submitted a support request hoping to receive help or at least an update, but I haven’t heard anything back. There was no confirmation email, no recovery instructions—nothing. I’ve tried using the "Forgot Password" feature multiple times, but I still haven’t received any kind of reset link or communication from Ubisoft.

Right now, I have no way to access the games I purchased and invested time and money into. This silence from Ubisoft is unacceptable. There is no clear support channel, no meaningful updates, and no sign that anyone is even reviewing my request.

As a paying customer, I expect better from a company of this size. Ubisoft needs to urgently review my case, restore access to my account, and put a proper recovery process in place for users who are locked out. I need help immediately—this lack of communication is completely unprofessional.
