My Ubisoft and Epic Games Accounts Were Hacked, No Response to Recovery Requests
My Ubisoft account was hacked, and since it was linked to my Epic Games account, both are now inaccessible. I discovered the issue hours after it happened, around 5 AM, and immediately requested a password reset via email, but I have not received any response.
I have spent a significant amount of money on these accounts, purchasing multiple games, and losing access is unacceptable. Ubisoft and Epic Games must take this matter seriously and provide immediate assistance to recover my accounts. I need a resolution urgently, as this situation has caused immense frustration.
