I had booked a ride to Antalya airport, scheduled for 0450, to catch a flight. Unfortunately, the driver did not arrive on time as expected, upon inquiry and messaging him, he informed me that he had mistakenly gone to the airport instead of my designated pickup location. As a result of the driver's error, I missed my flight and incurred significant additional expenses, including the cost of rebooking a flight at short notice. This not only caused inconvenience but also financial strain. Despite canceling the booking upon the driver's suggestion, I am disappointed that I was still charged for the ride. It occurred on: 21/04/2024 Furthermore, the lack of prompt and effective customer support exacerbates my dissatisfaction with Uber's service. I request a full refund for the ride and reimbursement for the expenses l incurred due to this incident. I expect Uber to take responsibility for the actions of its drivers and provide adequate compensation for the inconvenience and financial loss caused.
