Uber Eats Delivery Driver Verbally Abusive With Kids in the Car

On June 3, 2026, at around 4:15 PM, on Cevizlidere Avenue in Ankara, we had a deeply upsetting encounter with an Uber Eats courier riding a motorcycle with license plate 06 ACR 057. Despite the fact that there was a child in our vehicle, the courier used profane language — an experience that left us both distressed and unsettled.
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable under any circumstances, and especially so in the presence of children. I am asking Uber Eats to conduct a proper investigation into this courier, and to take whatever steps are necessary to ensure that no other family with children ever has to go through something like this. I am requesting that appropriate warnings be issued, that driver conduct be monitored more strictly, and that concrete measures be put in place to prevent incidents like this from happening again.
