Turna.com Delaying My Refund for Canceled Transavia Flight

During my travel booking today, I tried to select a window seat on the Turna.com website, but it gave me an error. When I called the company, they said that as a female passenger, I couldn’t choose another seat if a seat next to another woman was available. Frustrated, I booked with another company instead. Later, I received a call from Turna Agency saying they had taken my payment and could offer me a seat in the aisle. I explained that I had spent my last bit of money on this ticket and didn’t want to spend 13 hours in an aisle seat, as it would cause me inconvenience. When I asked if there were any other alternatives, they told me that a refund would take 1-7 business days. Not only did they impose this rule on solo female travelers, but they also charged me for a seat I didn’t choose. This is unacceptable and incredibly frustrating.
