Philips Vacuum Keeps Stopping – “mo” Error Issue After Battery Replacement

On December 7, 2024, I purchased a Philips AquaTrio 9000 Series Wet & Dry 9463 cordless vacuum cleaner from MediaMarkt. Since the day I bought it, I have been experiencing ongoing issues with the product.
The device has already been sent to service twice. About 7–8 months ago, when I took it to the Philips authorized service center in İskenderun, I was told that the battery was defective and it was replaced.
However, over the past few months, the product has started malfunctioning again. For approximately the last three months, the vacuum repeatedly shows an “mo” error, stops working about five minutes after starting, then restarts after a while and stops again. Even under normal use, I am unable to use the device efficiently.
Despite sending the product to service multiple times within a short period, no permanent solution has been provided, and I have completely lost confidence in this device.
I request that Philips either provide a full refund due to these ongoing defects or replace the product with a new, fault-free unit.

My Philips AquaTrio 9000 series vacuum has been showing constant faults since I purchased it a year ago. It has been sent to service twice, and the battery was replaced once, but the problem still persists. Over the last three months, it has been giving an “mo” error, stops after running for five minutes, and then starts again. The Philips service representative stated that a replacement cannot be provided and explained the “mo” error as a filter issue, sending a filter free of charge. However, since there is no official Philips dealership in Turkey, a replacement cannot be processed, which has been very disappointing for me.

Thank you
