Unable to Check In Online After Turkish Airlines' Anadolu Jet Rebranding
I purchased a flight from THY, now rebranded as Anadolu Jet, but due to systemic errors following the airline's rebranding, I couldn't check in online. Ajet's call center, with a staggering wait time of 1 hour, is unresponsive, and their website constantly displays different errors, making them a dreadful company to deal with. Both companies failed to provide a solution, leading to severe stress as I was bounced between call centers for 2 hours and 45 minutes over the holiday weekend. I am deeply disappointed.
