Turkish Airlines Refuses to Provide Electronic Ticket!
Turkish Airlines does not send electronic tickets and offers no means of contact. As you know, travel details are among the most important application documents for visa processes and are expected to be presented in the most official and valid formats possible. When you call customer service to request an electronic ticket/travel document in PDF format, you learn that they cannot provide it in any way. If you search online, you can create an invoice on your own, but you end up with a document that leaves you in doubt when you go for the application.
I want to ask Turkish Airlines, how difficult can it be to send a PDF for a completed ticket purchase? Wouldn't it be nice for your passengers to go to their visa application with an official document containing the necessary details in hand? As a customer, I did not like this meaningless decision and treatment at all.
