Turkish Airlines Ticket Refund Issue
For the past 3 months, Turkish Airlines has not refunded my return ticket from the USA to Turkey. The ticket was charged in dollars on my spouse's credit card, but they insist on a ₺ account number for the refund. Despite repeatedly informing them that the refund should be made to the credit card, they continue to demand ₺ bank details, and my spouse does not have an account with any Turkish bank. I have informed them that I have a ₺ account and they can process the refund there, but after sending my 7th email, they now say my spouse needs to give me a notarized authorization for the refund. I am asking Turkish Airlines officials, why are you insisting on not refunding the ticket to the same card that was charged? Please explain this and resolve this refund issue that has been ongoing for 3 months.
