Turkish Airlines Ticket Change or Refund Issue
When purchasing my ticket with PNR number T4QPDQ through the THY app, it was stated that I could make a change for ₺350 or get a refund with a ₺475 deduction until the last 12 hours, just like in the attached file. Trusting this statement, I bought my ticket, but now, despite it being 6 days in advance, you are saying that my ticket is not eligible for a paid refund or change. The reason given is that it is not valid in the V class. However, when I check now, this warning does not appear for purchases made through the app, but it does appear when buying from the website that refunds and changes are not possible. In this case, those who purchase their tickets through the app are experiencing the same issue as I am. As a university student struggling financially during this period, I do not want my ticket to go to waste. I request that my ticket be refunded, changed, or credited as stated during the purchase to resolve my issue.
