Turkish Airlines Suddenly Deleted My Status Miles

I am a Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles Classic Plus member and I was about to reach Elite status when, as of today, approximately 10,000 of my status miles were deleted from my account without any explanation. My status miles balance, which was around 32,000, suddenly dropped to about 22,000 and this directly prevented me from being upgraded to Elite with the last flight I planned to take this summer. All flights and transactions on my account belong to me and I have all the necessary proof, yet no justification was shared with me regarding why these status miles were removed. When I called customer service, the only response I received was to “fill out the feedback/complaint form,” and apart from repeatedly directing me to that form, no concrete support or clarification was provided. I request that my deleted 10,000 status miles be restored to my account as soon as possible and that my Elite status progression, which was negatively affected by this situation, be corrected. I expect a clear written explanation as to why such a major deduction was made without notice and that this mistake be rectified.
