Turkish Airlines Revokes Online Privileges for AnadoluJet Flight
Unfortunately, I encountered some issues with my online privileges for my upcoming flight from Ankara to London on June 9, 2024. The flight is being operated by AnadoluJet's A Jet, which has resulted in the loss of certain online services such as purchasing extra baggage and online check-in. I purchased my ticket on March 25, 2024, at a time when these privileges were still in effect. After reaching out to customer service on three separate occasions and filling out two feedback forms, I was disappointed to receive only automated email responses that were unhelpful and lacked any meaningful assistance. It's truly astonishing that a company of such high standing in our nation could be responsible for such a problem. It's quite surprising how, despite their constant advertising, they seem to struggle greatly when it comes to resolving issues, which ends up negatively impacting a large number of customers. I am sharing my complaint here because I want to raise awareness about this issue.
I purchased a Turkish Airlines ticket for the Ankara-London flight on 09.06.2024. At the time of purchase (25.03.2024), the ticket included certain online transaction rights, such as the ability to purchase extra baggage online and the right to check in online. However, these rights have been revoked by Turkish Airlines because the flight is operated by AnadoluJet. Despite contacting customer service three times and submitting feedback forms, I have only received meaningless and insufficient automated email responses. I urgently request the unconditional reinstatement of the rights that were valid at the time of my ticket purchase. It is truly unbelievable to experience such an issue with one of the reputable institutions of our country. Not only does this cause inconvenience to hundreds of people, but it is also surprising to see the failure in providing a solution despite extensive advertising. I hope for an immediate resolution.
