Turkish Airlines Invoice Issue
Why doesn't Turkish Airlines send the invoice for the ticket we purchased as an attachment, like many other major companies do? The notification received via email is not attached, and when I try to save it separately in PDF format, it gets saved along with my emails. How can I present this to the tax office in this case? I've been trying to get my invoices for an hour and a half, the website doesn't work, and when I request it over the phone, they say they don't have the information, they can't do it, it feels like they don't have an accounting department; they can't connect me. They send a link via email to access the ticket section again, but the link doesn't arrive. Meanwhile, before sending the link, I had to provide my name, address, phone number, date of birth, and many other details I can't remember. Even if I could log into the site, there is no guarantee that the transaction will be completed, and I am told to provide feedback. They can't even open a complaint file, so why are so many people working there? If they can't provide a service, why are they there? Isn't it their legal responsibility to issue an invoice for the purchased product and provide it to the customer without hassle? When I buy a bottle of water abroad, I automatically get a receipt. Why is it so difficult here?
