Turkish Airlines Primefly Ticket Changed to Ecofly
I want to report an issue I experienced with Turkish Airlines due to a system glitch. I had purchased a Primefly class ticket for April 14th, but later updated the date to April 13th. Despite selecting Primefly, I noticed that the ticket appeared as Ecofly, which I believe is due to a system error. I provided feedback to resolve the issue, but no solution has been provided yet. Who would pay for Prime class and be downgraded to Ecofly without a refund? Moreover, we know that it's not possible to downgrade from Primefly to Ecofly. Despite this, the issue remains unresolved, and my request for a refund should not prevent my ticket from being converted back to Primefly class. My feedback number is 10627194.
