I am searching for multi-flight routes with THY from Nuremberg - Istanbul - Bodrum - Istanbul - Nuremberg. On September 3rd, the multi-flight search only shows four morning flights from Istanbul to Bodrum, the last one being at 9:35 AM. However, if I search for a one-way flight on the same date, it shows more than 20 flights. Multi-flight bookings have a price advantage, but the company does not transparently offer this option to its customers! When I called customer service, they suggested I book each leg separately, which is not helpful. Another representative on WhatsApp mentioned that the system doesn't recognize the multi-flight option correctly. They acknowledged the error but took no action to fix it. Such mistakes in a company like THY are not only unworthy of its quality but also push customers towards alternatives. This kind of poor support and service is disappointing for your brand!
