Turkish Airlines Flight Delay Caused Me to Miss My Connection

I was traveling from Kayseri to Samsun for business with a layover, but due to the delayed departure of the Kayseri to Istanbul flight, which was not communicated via SMS or email, I missed my connecting flight from Istanbul to Samsun. I was supposed to be in Samsun by 3 PM. I had a meeting at 8 AM, but now I will only be arriving at 8 AM due to your delay, causing me to miss the meeting. If your initial flight cannot meet the connection time, you should not advertise it as such and charge multiple times the price compared to other airlines. I arrived at the gate for the 01:40 flight at 01:33, and your sales office told me the flight had already departed. Your flights either leave early or late, proving your company is unreliable. Many others experienced the same issue with me. I will definitely not purchase my return ticket from you. You have no right to inconvenience all connecting passengers like this. This is unacceptable. If I were late, it would be one thing, but you cannot make up for your mistake with a meal. I lost 5 hours of my time. Rest assured, I will file complaints with all necessary authorities.
