Turkish Airlines Didn't Respond My Email About Compensation
During my Gaziantep-Istanbul flight with Turkish Airlines, there was a delay of three to four hours. They informed us that they had experienced a cyber attack. Due to this delay, I missed my connecting flight from Istanbul to Dusseldorf and had to wait an additional six to seven hours at Istanbul airport. No food or drinks were offered. My flight was rescheduled for the next day, resulting in a total delay of twenty-five to thirty hours. I wanted to claim compensation for this delay and applied for it. They sent me an email stating that they would respond within fourteen days at most; however, it has been twenty-seven days and I have not received any response. Customer service suggests that I reapply, but I am reluctant to do so due to the lengthy application process. I request that my issue be resolved.
