Turkish Airlines Didn't Provide Birthday Cake Service on the Flight

My colleagues, who learned that THY offers a birthday cake service on international flights, wanted to surprise me on my birthday. They contacted THY customer service and requested a cake. They even called again to confirm. However, on flight TK1347, there was no such surprise. My colleagues were also on the same flight. I reported this situation to THY as feedback, and in the response, it was stated that the flight attendants asked me about it on the plane and that I said I did not want it. Let me clarify:
- No one asked me about this on the plane. If they had, why would I refuse?
- My friends and colleagues witnessed the situation. Who will you present as a witness to claim that I did not make such a request?
- If you do not have such a service (birthday cake on the plane), why do you advertise it and claim it on your website?
- In the feedback I wrote to you, I was already complaining. Why would I write to you asking why the cake service did not happen if I had not requested it on the plane?

THY is at fault in this matter. I leave it to the public reading this detail to judge who prevented the small happiness of my friends, colleagues, and myself.
