Turkish Airlines Customer (Missed) Relations!

I had the worst experience of my life on a Turkish Airlines flight from Newark to Istanbul. I made dozens of phone calls and wrote many letters to no avail. THY customer relations department remained completely passive. To summarize briefly; From adding my newborn baby's ticket on me, not reflecting the price in the process of rescheduling that ticket earlier, not being able to get a seat with bassinette 24 hours prior to my flight, and more importantly; some of the officials in customer relations, with whom I only dealt with, postponed me rather than solving my case (the system is giving an error now, call again in 1-2 hours. ...) and much more importantly they prefer to argue with me. I would like to thank the entire THY customer service team for giving me an experience that resulted in a complete fiasco. As long as you continue to do this, I don't know if you care, you will lose many customers. I am leaving this complaint here so that people who read it can take it into consideration!
