Turkish Airlines Compensation Payment Issue

On 22.07.2023, I had a flight with Turkish Airlines from Istanbul Airport to Lisbon. Just before boarding, the staff informed us that there were extra tickets sold for this flight. As a result, we rescheduled our flight to the next day with a compensation agreement of €400. When we went to the Turkish Airlines counters to collect this money, they said there was no cash available. We faced the same issue in Lisbon as well, where they also said there was no cash. We have not received the amount stated in the agreement. There is no constructive approach being taken. I have called customer service multiple times and created a refund request, but there has been no response. Every time I call, I am told that the issue is under review. Additionally, even though the agreement states €400 in cash, they mentioned they would pay in Turkish Lira. I urgently request the specified amount to be deposited to me; otherwise, I will take necessary actions.
